As I am trying to find consistency, I found an interesting video of the professional boxer Mike Tyson explaining why he doesn’t have a phone. Indeed, I recently took a social media break because my eyes are glued to my device. Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and Youtube Shorts had the better of me. (They all have the same format! Why do I watch all of that?!)
